In order to help you provide services to your own customers, we offer a range of services called Enterprise.
This section explains how to use these services to manage the data of users belonging to different teams.
Enterprise services are typically used if you sell connected services to several customers, and you want to manage these customers independently.
Enterprise services keep your customers and their data separated, while simplifying the administration of their users.
As a DriveQuant customer, your company is defined as an Enterprise. This status allows you to create teams for your own customers.
A team is a company representing your own customer, and not a DriveQuant customer.
Each of the companies representing your customers will be grouped into independent teams.
Each team is completely isolated from the other teams belonging to your enterprise. Not only is it a key security feature, but it also provides fine-grained statistics of each individual team. You can also take advantage of this partitioning by managing separately the analytics services for each team/customer (e.g., computed scores, admin dashboard access, crash detection, etc.).
The enterprise services currently enable you to:
Manage your teams:
Create a team
Get a list of all your teams and their status
Manage a team status (activated or deactivated)
Manage your hyper-admins:
Create a hyper-admin
Get a list of all your hyper-admins
Delete a hyper-admin
Manage the transfer of trips or crashes data to your data lake:
Get statistics of trips pushed to your data lake
Request a retry for trips refused by your push service
Get statistics of crashes pushed to your data lake
Request a retry for crashes refused by your push service
You can only create 100 teams by default. If you need to create more teams, please feel free to let us know, so we can increase your quota!
You have the ability to create hyper-administrator accounts, who can access the admin dashboard for each and every team linked to your enterprise.
This role is sensitive, because a hyper-administrator can access and manage the data for all the teams/customers linked to your enterprise. Therefore, you can only create up to 10 hyper-administrator accounts. Please feel free to contact us if you need to increase your quota.
If your need to get an Enterprise API Key, contact us at contact@drivequant.com.
